(extract from the Subscription Service Agreement)
All payments made to us are in the currencies as indicated by us and are non-refundable, unless as required under applicable laws or otherwise provided in the Subscription Service Agreement between You and us. We shall not be responsible for any contributions, payments, taxes or payment to any third party. All such costs shall be solely borne by you. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund (pro-rata or otherwise) of any Fees shall be payable upon early termination of a Trial or Paid Subscription by either Party.
